Lyle Dean MacWilliam (born 31 July ) was a New Democratic member of the House of Commons of Canada from to , representing the constituency of Okanagan-Shuswap.[2]
Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, the son of John Michael MacWilliam and Doris Louise Coghill,[3] MacWilliam studied at Simon Fraser University.[1] In , he married Arlene Leslie Sundvick.[3]
MacWilliam ran unsuccessfully for a seat in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in He was elected to represent Okanagan North in the assembly as a New Democratic Party member in a by-election held following the death of Donald James Campbell.
